Inspection & Survey

Asset Integrity Management

Condition-based maintenance (CBM) is a predictive scheme that evaluates asset integrity using visual inspection & survey, non-invasive techniques, and analyzing results. Understanding the current condition of the assets helps to plan and optimize the maintenance schedule to ensure the reliability of the equipment and safety of the facility.

Vessel Condition Surveys

Condition Surveys offer assessments before and after vessel charters, whether short or long term, to ascertain the vessel’s suitability for intended operations in particular locations and environmental conditions.

Our proficiency in marine assurance and risk assessment, coupled with our broad experience spanning maritime, offshore renewable energy, and oil and gas sectors, enables us to conduct thorough vessel inspections, surveys, and audits. These encompass technical due diligence, lay-up/reactivation surveys, pre-purchase surveys, and other purposes. Typically, we undertake these tasks on behalf of financial and insurance stakeholders.

Our surveyors evaluate the condition of the vessel’s hull, deck, and superstructure, along with its onboard electro-mechanical equipment, control and instrumentation systems, navigation and communication devices, as well as cargo and offshore machinery and equipment.
